1. Returns:

• You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized items may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (in the case of online payment) or a replacement will be offered (in the case of COD).
